OCTOBER 15, 2021 1PM-2PM WEBINAR: A Chance to Weigh in on Biden’s Public Charge Rule-making
Webinar attendees will gain an understanding of the Biden Administration's Advanced Notice on Proposed Rule Making (ANPRM) published on August 23, 2021, which requests comments on what should be included in a new public charge for inadmissibility rule. Attendees will learn about PIF-IL recommendations to include in a comment as well as how to submit a comment on the ANPRM before the October 22, 2021 deadline. Presenters from PIF-IL will review the content of the PIF-IL sign-on comment with webinar attendees, providing background and context for the recommendations included in the sign-on comment. The webinar will conclude with time for attendees to ask questions and provide feedback.
